Because our guides are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once a guide has been accessed or downloaded.

Digital delivery

Each guide is delivered right away as a digital download. Once it has been opened or downloaded, we are unable to offer a standard return the way we might for a physical product.

When to contact us

If you are charged more than once, receive the wrong guide, or experience a technical problem that prevents access, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

How we resolve issues

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, corrected access, or refund when appropriate.

Voluntary contributions

Additional voluntary contributions are nonrefundable, except in cases of duplicate or unauthorized charges.
